Return Eligibility

You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
  • Items showing signs of use, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Opened or used beauty and personal care products
  • Opened supplements and vitamins
  • Perishable products
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Personalized or custom-made products

For hygiene and safety reasons, some health and personal care products may not be eligible for return once opened.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective product
  • The wrong item

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to:

  • Customer preference
  • Ordering the wrong item
  • No longer wanting the product

the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If the return is due to:

  • Damaged item
  • Defective product
  • Incorrect item shipped

Cangey will cover the return shipping costs where applicable.


Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the standard return procedure after delivery.


International Returns

Customers outside the United Kingdom are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees associated with returning products unless the return results from our error.
